**EL ZAYED Return and Refund Policy**

At EL ZAYED, we are committed to providing our customers with a pleasant and worry-free shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with our simple and transparent returns and refunds policy.

**Return Policy:** You have up to 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return. Our products must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Returns will be inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet our returns criteria.

**Refund Policy:** If you prefer a refund, our policy also lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. We believe this gives you enough time to decide if your purchase is right for you.

Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you with the process.

**Quick Refund:** Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue your refund within 5-8 business days. Refunds will be issued to the credit or debit card used for the original purchase.

**Return shipping costs:** Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. If this is the case, please contact us to obtain a prepaid return label.
